The American electric car startup showed up with two production-bound vehicles: a crew cab pickup truck and related SUV with third-row seats. What’s impressive is the no-nonsense nature of the vehicles and the world-beating specs, coupled with a very reasonable price tag. Lincoln wants to hit the gas pedal on Chinese production due to tariffs

2020 Lincoln Aviator Ford wants to accelerate its plans for a local production plant in China to build Lincoln vehicles as local tariffs begin to eat into profits. Joy Falotico, head of Lincoln and Ford’s chief marketing officer, told Bloomberg in an interview published Wednesday that even a small improvement will help put the brand in a better place.
